Eritrean president sidesteps questions about troops in Ethiopia

Eritrean President Isaias Afwerki on Thursday sidestepped questions about whether his country's troops remain in neighbouring Ethiopia's Tigray region three months after the signing of a peace agreement that called for their withdrawal.
